Why use VoxBloc?

Voxbloc is a popular social rewards loyalty platform that helps you engage and reward your loyal fans. Launch a loyalty rewards program for your artist, brand or business within 5 minutes. VoxBloc gives you the ability to award your fans for spreading the word to their friends on Facebook and Twitter about you, Liking your Facebook page, Follow you on Twitter, Checking-In on Foursquare, Uploading photos, Watching content and more! Fans can redeem all their points for anything you'd like to give them.

What size brand works best with VoxBloc?

Any size! We have worked with NBC, Airwalk and Warped Tour to major and independent artists. We provide all partners with the opportunity to grow and engage their current fan bases from the day of launch!

How do I launch a program?

Easy!! Voxbloc has created a self-serve platform that only takes a few minutes to set up. You can directly on VoxBloc.com. Pick the package you want and our step-by-step process will walk you through set up. You will be able to get your rewards program running within 5 minutes!

What is "My Stuff" and "My Wallet"?

"My Stuff" and "My Wallet" are where fans can view what badges they have, how many points they've earned, how many points their friends have, and more! This is where their personal VoxBloc account lives. You can view a feed of who is doing what on VoxBloc and who is the most active user on the network.

What can I give away on VoxBloc?

Almost anything. You can give away discount codes, MP3s, video premieres, physical goods (t-shirts, tickets, posters) and more. The opportunities are endless. As long as you can ship them out, you can give it away!

What kinds of contests does VoxBloc offer?

When using VoxBloc for contests, you can give away literally anything. You have the ability to customize how fans can enter your contest. That entry can be via sharing, tweeting or liking or any other action you choose. This will unlock an opportunity for them to enter their information to enter your contest. You can also pick winners instantly or after a pre-defined date.

Does my company fulfil the rewards to fans or does VoxBloc?

You do. You are responsible for shipping out physical goods to the appropriate parties.

How long do I have before sending goods to fans?

You have 60 days to ship goods to fans who have redeemed physical goods or to notify fans who won contests. If the contest is on a deadline (i.e. tickets) the prize must be sent out in a timely manner or the partner is responsible for contacting the winning fan with a solution.

How do I get fans' addresses for shipping goods?

We collect the necessary information for every person who enters a contest or redeems a physical good. Go to "Exports", pick whether it was a contest or a physical good/ticket redemption, pick your program and search!

Can I collect email addresses?

Yes. You have the option to only let fans enter contests or redeem goods if they enter their email address as well.

What kind of reporting metrics can I get for my program to gauge success?

You are able to see the statistics of individual programs or the entirety of your multiple programs. You will be able to view how many viewers liked, shared, tweeted and more. You are also able to view how many fans clicked back to your program as a result of others spreading the word via shares, Likes, tweets etc.

Is there a way for me to customize the programs more than the standard template allows?

Yes! We offer enterprise packages as well. A Voxbloc Account Manager can discuss the design and help sculpt a custom program to fit your needs. Please email marketing@voxbloc.com if you are interested.

What is "Like to Unlock"?

With Voxbloc’s “Like to Unlock” you are able to lock your program until a user chooses to Like it. Once the user likes your program, they have full access to it. You can add a custom message to pop up describing what happens if they choose to Like your application!

How do I create a Share message?

You’ll need to customize your share messages based off your goal of the programs you are creating. This is where you customize the message you want your fans to share on Facebook or Twitter with their friends. It's suggested to add your incentive in this message to drive fans to your program and share. Don’t forget Twitter only allows 140 characters

What should I use the "Listen" activity for?

Embed any audio player with music here. We suggest Soundcloud for this to enable you to reward fans for listening to tracks.

What kind of video embed codes should I use?

Voxbloc suggests using videos that were upload to YouTube or Vimeo. If you choose to use another video player, your fan's views will not be able to be tracked or rewarded.

What do I need in order to create Badges?

Badges image must be 150x150 PNG preferably in the shape of a circle. Please leave the background transparent. This badge will be redeemed by fans who complete a certain action that you link the badge to.

How do I customize the design of my program?

Your banner needs to be in the dimensions of 750x620. In you banner, please include a "call to action" (i.e. "Share to enter to win!!" or "Share below to win a guitar, CDs and more!") You have the option of picking a light or dark theme, and customizing the font and background colors to match your color scheme. It is suggested to put the main call to action at the top of the banner.

How do I earn Points?

You can earn points by sharing, tweeting, following on twitter, checking in on Foursquare, commenting, uploading photos and more! All you have to do is complete the specific activities on the program you are viewing.

What are Points used for?

Points are used to redeem free stuff! You can use points to download MP3s, buy posters, enter contests, buy t-shirts, etc.

What is a "Reward for Action"?

This simply means you automatically receive a prize from VoxBloc for completing a designated activity. This could be as simple as you sharing or tweeting! After completing the activity, you automatically receive a free prize from VoxBloc!

What is "My Stuff" and "My Wallet"?

"My Stuff" and "My Wallet" are where you can view the badges you have collected, how many points you’ve earned, how many points your friends have, and more! This is where your personal VoxBloc account lives.

What kind of contests does VoxBloc offer?

You can win anything your favorite bands or brands are offering! If you have won a contest with VoxBloc, the participating partner is responsible for notifying you. Each contest will describe all details at the time of entry.

How long does it take to receive my prizes?

Please allow up to 60 days to receive your prize.

How do I know if I won a contest?

It is up to the partner offering the contest to notify winners. VoxBloc is also not responsible for goods and/or prizes. Partners will supply all prizes to the winners. VoxBloc will attempt to announce the winners on Twitter, Facebook and/or the blog, but is not responsible for contacting the winners.

I won tickets and/or VIP passes, where do I get these?

All concert tickets and/or VIP Passes WILL NOT BE SHIPPED and are 100% NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please make sure to enter your first and last name as they appear on your photo ID. Also please make sure to confirm the email address at the time of purchase. This is the only way the partner will be able to contact you about your tickets. In the confirmation that appears after purchase, VoxBloc states that an email will come directly from the partner confirming your "will call" tickets and/or VIP Passes AND where to pick them up on the day of the show and/or event. They will be in touch at least 24 hours prior to the event. If you haven’t heard from them and it’s 24 hours prior to the show, please e-mail us at support@voxbloc.com.

It’s been over 60 days and I still haven’t received my goods. What gives?

Please email us at support@voxbloc.com if your item has not arrived and we will check in with the partner. Please make sure to provide your first and last name, email account associated with your Facebook account that you use for VoxBloc and the description of the item you redeemed.

There are no more prizes available for a certain program, is VoxBloc going to add more?

You never know when partners might be getting another round of prizes into the store. That's the fun of VoxBloc! There could be more cool rewards added, but to find out you have to check back in our store or follow our partners and follow us on Twitter and Facebook.

Why am I not receiving Points for everything I am sharing or tweeting?

You may see that you can only get points for sharing every few hours. We love that you love sharing, but can only give you points the first time you share every 6 hours on each program. Don't worry you can still share as much as you want!

I don't live in the United States. Can I win physical goods?

Shipping restrictions are at the discretion of the partner sponsoring the loyalty program. In the product description, there is a description of which countries the items can be shipped to. The majority of the programs are restricted to U.S. Residents only.

Can I win more than 1 physical good from one program?

You are only allowed one physical good per person per program. If you redeem two for the same program, the 2nd of the two will be refunded. Also please note that we cannot do exchanges when another item appears in the store and you have already purchased an item for that program.

Why am I required to perform specific activities before I can purchase the goods?

Programs are sponsored by specific partners who provide the goods. Therefore to qualify for the goods you must participate the program to qualify to purchase the good from the VoxBloc store.
